MERRILEE
BOYACK,
is a sole practitioner located in Poway, California,
which is north of San Diego. She graduated
with High Honors from Brigham Young University
with
a degree in Business Management—Finance.
A summa cum laude graduate from University
of Santa Clara Law School, Ms. Boyack has practiced
exclusively
in Estate Planning and Probate for over 30
years and her practice includes preparation
of trusts, wills, irrevocable trusts and other
estate
planning as well as probate and trust administration.
Her memberships have included the Estate Planning
Executive Committee, Estate Planning Council
and she is currently a member of the State
Bar Association
of California and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
Boyack is also a professional lecturer and
a published author.
Boyack is actively involved in the community as well. She is a Poway City
Councilwoman, Vice President of the local chapter of Mothers Without
Borders and National
Board
member;
and a Rotary and Poway
Chamber of Commerce member.
